Registration fee: $450 per session; $850 for both

Sessions run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm CT

Registration includes continental breakfast (starts at 8 am) and buffet lunch

Registration deadline is January 19. There will be a $75 processing fee for cancellations made before January 8 and a $150 processing fee for those made between January 8 and January 19. No refunds are possible for cancellations after January 19.

Attendees must register in advance. Registrations will not be taken at the door.

There will be a $75 processing fee for cancellations made before January 15 and a $150 processing fee for those made between January 15 and January 26. No refunds are possible for cancellations after January 26.
