Leadership in Behavior Support

In many ways, the school principal is the most influential individual in any school (both on campus and remotely). It is the principal’s leadership that sets the tone and climate of the school, the level of professionalism and morale of teachers, and the degree of concern for student success. Because the principal is the main link between the community and the school, the way the principal performs in this capacity largely determines the attitudes of parents and students about the school. This course will help guide educational leaders through the decisions they must navigate during these challenging times and beyond to build a better future.
