Author of numerous curriculum materials, chapters, books, and training materials, Anita is the recipient of eight Outstanding Educator awards. Currently, she serves as an educational consultant to school districts on effective instruction, classroom management, language arts, and study skills.
William R. Jenson, Ph.D. and Ginger Rhode, Ph.D.
Co-authors of the popular Tough Kid series, Ginger and Bill continue to publish a variety of journal articles, book chapters, and professional papers. Ginger’s interests revolve around classroom and schoolwide management, social skills training, generalization, maintenance of behavior, and teacher training. Cal is Assistant Superintendent for Compliance in Jordan School District in Sandy, Utah and a frequent speaker on discipline and special education policy issues.
Laura Hamilton
After 15 years teaching elementary and secondary students with emotional and behavioral disorders and 10 years of consulting, Laura now provides a variety of training. She is a lead trainer for SCS.

Susan Isaacs
Susan has been a teacher and consultant for more than 25 years. She is currently one of the lead trainers at many long-range district Safe & Civil Schools Foundations implementation sites.
Bob McLaughlin
Over the past 20 years, Bob has gained an intimate knowledge of the educational system while working as principal, special education director, and teacher at both the middle and high school levels. He is an SCS lead trainer.
