Debbie Jackson began her career in education as a parapro and later became a teacher, working with students of varying exceptionalities. Her experiences in these positions enrich all of her behavioral trainings. She is a strong believer in the positive principles of structure, clarity, and consistency in managing student behavior.
In addition to teaching, Debbie has worked for several large publishing companies training new consultants to be trainers and classroom coaches.
